At Chicken Happy Hour, we strive to ensure that you are completely satisfied with your purchase. However, we understand that sometimes returns and exchanges may be necessary. Please read our Returns & Exchanges Policy carefully before making a purchase.

1. Eligibility for Returns and Exchanges

1.1 Timeframe for Returns and Exchanges:

  • We accept returns or exchanges within 10 days of your order date. If 10 days have passed since your purchase, unfortunately, we cannot offer a return or exchange.

1.2 Condition of Items:

  • To be eligible for a return or exchange, the item must be unused, unwashed, and in its original packaging. Products that have been worn, washed, or damaged by the customer are not eligible for return or exchange.

1.3 Non-Returnable Items:

  • We cannot accept returns or exchanges on items that have been washed, worn, or damaged.

  • Customized or personalized products are non-returnable.

  • Gift cards and promotional items are not eligible for returns or exchanges.

2. How to Initiate a Return or Exchange

2.1 Return Process:

  • If you need to initiate a return or exchange, please contact our customer service team at info@chickenhappyhour.com within 10 days of receiving your order.

  • In your message, please include your order number, the items you wish to return or exchange, and a brief explanation of the reason for the return or exchange.

2.2 Return Shipping Costs:

  • You are responsible for the shipping costs for returns.

  • We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance for your return, as we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

2.3 Return Address:

  • When returning your item, please include your RMA number, order number, and the original packing slip (if possible), which serves as your receipt.

3. Incorrect Items

3.1 Incorrect Items:

  • If you receive an incorrect item, please contact us immediately at info@chickenhappyhour.com.

  • Include your order number, a photo of the incorrect item, and a brief description of the issue.

3.2 Replacement of Incorrect Items:

  • If your item is incorrect, we will provide a free replacement (excluding shipping fees) once we review your claim and confirm the issue.

4. Exchanges

  • If you need to exchange an item for a different size or style, please follow the return process as outlined above. You will be responsible for returning the original item at your expense.

  • Once we receive the returned item, we will process a new order for the exchanged item.
